1. Can I get my money back?

2. What are the installation requirements?
Clickable word clouds can be viewed online by almost any machine. However, the SayZu downloadable program currently works only on computers using Windows XP or newer (Windows Vista, Windows 7, etc). .NET 4.0 Client Profile is required and can be downloaded for free if not present on your machine.
3. Can I use SayZu on a Mac?
You can run SayZu on a Mac by having a Windows instance like VMWare, Parallels, VirtualBox or in BootCamp.
4. What is meant by One Year Licence?
For 12 months after the purchase, you will have access to all product and bug updates. After 12 months, you can keep using SayZu on your machine, but you will not receive product and bug updates. This might affect your ability to publish clouds online.
5. How many seats or installations come with the Pro Licence?
One person can install SayZu on up to two machines. For instance, at home and at work. Or on your machine and your admin assistant’s machine.
6. How do I upgrade my FREE account to a paid package?
If you have the FREE version and want to upgrade to a paid version, simply click on the "Upgrade" link right in the SayZu "Launch" menu and also the "File" menu.
7. What is a SMS custom key word?
To use the SayZu SMS live crowd engagement texting feature, your audience needs text message a special code word so that SayZu knows which cloud to feed. Once sent, SayZu will recognize the mobile device for up to 30 minutes of subsequent interaction. For example, you can use your organization’s brand or an event name (e.g., SUMMIT2012 or UVOTE) as long as it is not being used by someone else.
8. What are SayZu SMS text credits?
SayZu does not charge audience members to send SMS texts to SayZu. Their regular cellphone texting plan rate applies when they send texts. However, before you can use SayZu SMS text messaging feeds, you will need to purchase a Corporate licence, an SMS key word and SMS text message credits. Each time Sayzu receives a SMS text message from an audience member using your unique code, you will need a credit. Credits cost 10 cents, however, multiple text messages sent to the same keyword within a certain time period generally do not require additional credits beyond the initial credit charged. We know, it sounds confusing – so if you need to know more, just send us an email and we can chat about it. The bottom line is that you should assume that SMS text messages will cost you up to 10 cents per message received at most. The good news is that your audiences can send Twitter messages to your live cloud using hash tags; no SMS text credits are required. And live engagement clouds can be set up to take both SMS texts and tweets at the same time.

Monthly: $250/month includes a custom keyword of your choosing + up to 500 SMS text credits/month. You can quit the plan anytime, but no refunds will be provided for unused credits. On the other hand, as long as your account is current, your text credits purchased do not expire for 12 months. That is, they accumulate and roll over monthly for up to one year.
Annual: $2,000/year includes a custom keyword of your choosing + up to 5000 SMS text credits/year. You can quit the plan anytime, but no refunds will be provided for unused credits. Additional Credits: Corporate licencees can purchase additional credits in increments of 1,000 for $100.

SayZu does not charge audience members to send SMS texts to SayZu. Their regular cellphone texting plan rate applies. However, a SayZu licencee does pay approximately 10 cents per SMS text received until your SMS text credits (see above) run out.
